Obama and company ran the most technologically-savvy and transparent campaign in history.
WhiteHouse.gov was established as an extension of their communications strategy as a vehicle for President Obama to communicate via mass emails, text messages etc. Problem -- the White House does not have the technology in place to do so...that's right, the White House is not the Wired House. Blogging and YouTube Channels are both firsts for an American President.
The point? Even the highest office in the land has trouble keeping up with the preferences of its users, esp. when they evolve in lockstep with technology. Work tirelessly in new ways to engage your users, your customers, your citizens in open, honest dialogue - you just might change the world one day.
