job description

The Fit

You’re equal parts strategic and creative.

You love design, but you also love what design makes possible. You’re energized by the challenge of turning research or positioning into creative concepts that are not only visually compelling, but impactful and results-driven.

You work well in a team and enjoy collaboration and iteration. You care about process as much as final output. You’re generous with ideas and comfortable building on someone else’s direction or leading with your own. You embrace constructive feedback and are able to move through ambiguity to find new solutions. You are able to meet deadlines and are able to balance shifting priorities.

You are able to speak to your ideas, and interface well with clients. You design from a lens  of meaning and purpose, not just aesthetics. You see design as a tool for communication, clarity, influence and connection.

And you’ve been doing it long enough to have strong instincts about what works and why, with the technical skills to back it up.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

The Senior Designer shapes the visual expression of projects across a wide range of clients and sectors. You’ll be responsible for exploring and developing concepts across various mediums and platforms, ultimately transforming them into compelling and effective creative.
