Canada’s only custom-built public beach volleyball facility, the focus was on building a customer base from the ground up and creating a sense of anticipation before opening. This approach not only built a robust pre-launch list of over 400 individuals, but also created momentum that translated into strong opening engagement and early repeat visitation.


Volley Aerobotics
A leading expert in aerial agriculture solutions, lead generation required balancing credibility with accessibility. St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation
Supports a critical hub for regional healthcare, the opportunity was to grow the donor base while building momentum for a larger fundraising goal. We developed a lead generation strategy that combined storytelling, digital outreach, and clear entry points for new supporters. From campaign landing pages to email journeys and social activation, each touchpoint was designed to invite participation and deepen connection. This work helped expand the donor pipeline, bringing over 100 new individuals into the organization’s orbit while strengthening long-term giving potential.


The Optimist Club of Midwestern Ontario
Encompasses several dozen clubs across Ontario, the opportunity was to attract a new generation of members to support the long-term vitality of the club. We designed a targeted lead generation campaign that focused on relevance, accessibility, and community impact, translating the value of membership into clear, modern language that resonated with younger audiences. Through digital outreach, streamlined sign-up pathways, and messaging that highlighted both purpose and connection, the campaign successfully reached over 150 new prospects and converted interest into action – including an extension of the campaign to high priority geographies in Brantford and Woodstock. The result was a strong influx of new members, achieved in a highly cost-effective way, and a renewed sense of momentum for the organization.


Humana Community Services
The goal was to recruit qualified, community-minded individuals to serve on their Board of Directors. We developed a focused lead generation approach that balanced credibility with clarity, ensuring the opportunity was both compelling and easy to understand. Through targeted outreach, refined messaging, and a clear expression of expectations and impact, we attracted candidates who were not only interested, but well-aligned with the organization’s needs. The result was a strong pool of over 40 qualified applicants and a more efficient path from interest to board recruitment. The approach was so successful, it is being repeated for a new recruitment year.


YMCAs
Lead generation is about more than just selling memberships to new facilities. It is about connecting with individuals, families and seniors about what the Y can offer to them holistically including building community and a true feeling of belonging. Through a combination of digital campaigns, audience segmentation, landing pages and clear value propositions, we have built systems that attract new potential members for new facilities across Canada, including 270 prospects for the Bettie Allard YMCA in Coquitlam, British Columbia. The result of these many lead generation projects have included: hitting membership goals before opening, high interest and engagement rates in programmatic content, and overall brand-building in support of some of Canada’s most impactful charities.
